Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees.

• Appointments canceled with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   
• Ongoing maintenance agreements require written notice for termination per contract terms.
   

Lonestar Facility Solutions warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

Unless otherwise stated:

• We do not manufacture products installed and therefore do not extend manufacturer warranties.
   
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or unrelated system failures.
   

Liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Lonestar Facility Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Service delays
   
• Equipment failure
   
• Acts of God
   
• Third-party contractor performance
